Aristotle said that the goal of human existence was to achieve eudaimonia (happiness). In other words, he believed that the purpose of life was to live well.
Happiness is a subjective experience. Some people say that they are happy because they have achieved success in their careers. Others say that they are happy simply because they have a good relationship with their family. Still, others say that they are happy even though they don’t have much material wealth. There is no right answer. We can only be happy when we make ourselves do so by taking positive actions.
Happiness is something that everyone wants, but very few people actually achieve it. In reality, only 1% of people worldwide are truly happy. Most people are unhappy because they don’t know how to live their lives. They are constantly trying to improve themselves by changing jobs, relationships, or even their entire lifestyle.
In order to become happier, you need to understand why most people aren’t happy. Then, you must figure out how to avoid these mistakes so that you can finally reach true happiness. There are many different definitions of happiness, but most people agree that being happy means feeling positive emotions like joy, love, contentment, and hope. It also means having a purpose in life and living according to values that matter to us.
Happiness comes from within. We don’t need external factors to make us happy. Happiness is something that we create by ourselves.
There are two main reasons why we aren’t happy:
1) We suffer from negative thoughts. Negative thoughts cause unhappiness.
2) We focus on the wrong things. Focusing on the right things makes us happier.
We must learn how to get rid of our negative thoughts and focus on the good things. Once we do this, we will feel much more at ease. This new mindset will help us lead a happier life.
