Is that true, that greatness shall be an inspiration? As long as a country or people are living in indifference, apathy, or lack of vision, the voice of leadership needs to be heard. Some people who have the courage to challenge mediocrity and make a change in the direction of the world need to emerge from the squalor of an environment that is morally contaminated in order to change it for the better.
I don’t know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know: the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who will have sought and found how to serve.

As one of those brave few, we should aspire to be one of them. The dimming golden torch of human excellence needs to be rekindled by picking it up again and igniting it with a much greater level of vigor and power than what has been done so far, as so many people more often than not live lives of indolence in response to the dimming torch.
We all set an example for others to follow by the way we live our lives. There is only one way that we can affect the lives of the unfortunate few closest to us, and that is by casting a shadow of our smallness and selfishness on them, or by shining a bright light on our greatness and service to them.
If we strive for a better life and a better world out of a place of service, we can inspire others, but if we are striving for a better world out of greed, it can diminish others instead of inspiring them. In order to be a role model on a daily basis for those we love and serve, we need to ask ourselves on a daily basis, “Am I striving to be a role model on a daily basis for them?”.Does my behavior elevate those around me or does it degrade them?
Am I elevating humanity when I point out and activate the potential in the lives of others? Can you tell me if I am doing that? Is my life truly one of the best I have ever lived? Our collective consciousness needs to be reclaimed so that we are more conscious of seeking greatness and working hard to earn it in the future.
I believe we ought to awaken the powerful inner force that seeks to lift the weight of the world off the backs of those who are struggling, in order to make a difference in the world. We should consider ourselves as generals of generosity, leaders of the highest caliber, who care deeply about the welfare of others and the environment. As individuals and as a society, we should have a clear intent to inspire greatness in the world and within ourselves.
