A Life Half Experienced

A life half experienced couldn’t enjoy as it deserved. Our lives are filled with so many little things that go unnoticed. Sunrises and sunsets are missing from our lives. The feeling we’re experiencing can go unnoticed for hours, or even days. There was no sign of the kind stranger helping the elderly man cross the street. It was hard to miss our spouse’s appreciative smile. We should live life the right way, not just chasing our desires and not enjoying our nature. We don’t enjoy our surroundings and keep running after unlimited wishes.
Due to the fact that we never looked at our coworker or asked about their day, we weren’t able to sense their desperation. The winter passed and we missed playing in the snow. Similarly, the spring bloomed and we overlooked the colors of flowers and nature’s beauty.
The summer and the fall passed so quickly that we did not even remember the trees changing or feel satisfied with the time we had spent outside. Why colors of life is gone from our lives? Why are we chasing so many things just for a few moments of pleasure? Running after desires and countless wishes. Locked inside and hidden behind machines, we missed the entire season. There are so many things, we missed and unnoticed.

It is a miracle every day to see divine wonders, acts of human kindness, and beautiful sights. However, we feel the magic too little because we are too checked out or preoccupied thinking about yesterday or tomorrow. Those who chose a half-interested, half-engaged life shouldn’t suffer the misery they suffer because of their numbness and absentmindedness. There is no point in staying oblivious to the key moments and circumstances in our lives. Beauty, meaning, and pulse are all there to be found. Life is changing day by day but we didn’t notice and move in our vicious circles. We should break this circle and see the colors of life.
With enlightenment comes the realization that death is not the natural enemy of life, but a detachment from it. Indeed, death is a true reality, you can’t escape from death. As long as we learn to face, feel, and form reality, it will always be here and now. There is only the present. There can be no separation between motivation and life itself. As a result of our base conditioning, which favors ease and fears overgrowth and freedom, we become slaves to impulse or tired inclinations.
Into this space of disengagement emerges all the things we dislike: barely present parents, halfhearted lovers, unfocused students, absent leaders. The time has come for us to become more aware and involved in the world. In the next moments of our lives, we can pay more attention to how we feel, how others feel, and the blessings that surround us. Why do we not listen to others? An act of kindness is vanishing. Respect element is succumbed under our desires.
By focusing our attention and affection on others, we can make them feel special. We can listen to what the universe whispers to us if we open our hearts, minds, and spirits to it. Choosing to be alive, open, and free in this very moment, is something we can do again. It is only ourselves who stand in the way of our success.
In order to achieve greater presence, we must break our inclination to live in the past or the future. Each and every moment, we can choose our roles and responsibilities based on our freedom, consciousness, and motivation. Happiness is gone from our lives due to a lack of motivation and uncertainty. In life, we face some tough choices. We must learn to make these decisions in the best way possible and get out of life half experienced.
