We Must Slow Down Time

Well, why we must slow down time? In life, one of the most important things is to live and to live means to be alive, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, and divinely aware. In order to be fully alive, it is important to create a vibrant, deeply felt mosaic of meaningful moments throughout our lives. Our daily experience is to be a grand, fully engaged, and unconditionally committed love affair with each other and with the world around us.
As human beings, we are supposed to be able to experience this, to experience what is happening in front of us with a sense of awareness and enthusiasm, joyfully unwrapping the gifts that fate has chosen to give us.
This is a moment that should not be missed at all costs. As human beings, we are not destined to go barreling through life deaf and blind, unaware of how beautiful and magical the moment is, undetected by our senses, and unaware of what’s going on around us.
In the midst of the summer heat, this day should be enjoyed as a refreshing pause by a cool stream. There is no doubt that even during darker times, we should gaze around us with wonder, taking in the beautiful scenes and small wonders that we surely abound, also being captivated by the hints of hope that abound, like the sight of a moonlit field alive with a million silent fireflies. This is an opportunity that we cannot afford to miss.

The human brain was not designed to handle such an intense amount of work, forcing us to think about everything yet nothing at the same time. We are sped up by syrups and stimulants, crammed with so much negative information and so many pointless tasks that there is never a singular focal point to focus on, achieve or celebrate. This is one of those moments that we should not miss.
In my opinion, our bodies were not designed to atrophy as a result of a sedentary lifestyle which is a mixture of laziness and sloth and long hours in front of desks. Having been deprived of touch and movement as well as physical exhaustion from actually doing something or building something on a good day, we are deprived of the pleasures of touch and movement. There is no reason for us to miss this moment.
It was never intended for our souls to be entombed in the past, or to be bound by futile attachments to old stories, or to be caged by old fits of anger and regrets, and to be unable to sense or soar in the white and pure expanse of Now, that is the present moment. This is one of those moments that we should not miss. There is no desire for our families to live a life of frenzied urgency; they do not wish to live with the only memory that they have of us being gone, either mentally or physically.
Our lives are too precious to miss them; we are not supposed to miss them. In truth, we all do, all frazzled, all stressed, and all stripped away from the present moment. The cost is immense-so many moments distorted by speed and worry and panic, resulting in a life that does not hold any joy at all, resulting in devastating consequences.
As a result, we can enjoy life to the fullest extent possible. Increasing our awareness of the gift of each day, and inserting more depth, feeling, meaning, and purpose into life is not just an easy task, but it requires a minimal amount of focus and effort. This should be our goal in the future.

Rather than focusing on the chaos of the world, we need to move our attention back to the fundamental order of the universe, which gives us freedom and peace in this very moment, despite the chaotic world we live in. In order to breathe again, we need to take a few deep breaths. It is essential that we savor our surroundings and allow our bodies to feel again as a result.
It is crucial that we reconnect our hearts to our lives, restoring hope, passion, and love to the efforts that are being made on a daily basis. Our focus, time, and energy need to be deployed in a different way, with a different pace and objective, resulting in a new way of living.
Our goal must be to slow it down in order to relive it for the first time, to enjoy it for the first time, and to fully live it for the first time. I believe this is the right time for us to begin enjoying the blessings of life for the first time. We shall put an end to the fast pace of time by declaring: We must slow down time.
