If reading isn’t your thing, there are many other ways to enjoy being alone: cooking, taking a walk around the neighborhood, watching movies alone, journaling about your day, etc.
Moreover, you have to find support in solitude and silence by doing activities that make you happy on your own, like going to the movies, taking photos, reading a book, or taking a walk alone.
Do things that make you happy when you have time alone, like watching your favorite TV show or listening to music that makes you feel good about yourself and life in general, even if it’s an old favorite from high school or college days or when life was less complicated and more innocent and free of responsibility.
